What you can and can't list, stream, or post on Indie Comics Live.
These guidelines apply to every listing, livestream, profile, chat message, and other user-generated content on Indie Comics Live.
1. Allowed Content

- Trading cards (sports, TCG) and slabs (CGC, PSA, BGS);
- Manga, webtoons, art books, and zines.
2. Prohibited Content
- Anything depicting minors in a sexual or sexualized context. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance rule;
- Stolen property, counterfeit items, or items you do not have the right to sell;
- Items that infringe trademark or copyright;
- Weapons, ammunition, controlled substances, prescription drugs, vape products;
- Hate speech, hate symbols, or material that promotes violence against any protected class;
- Content depicting non-consensual acts or content created without the depicted person’s consent;
- Items prohibited by federal, state, or local law in either the seller’s or buyer’s jurisdiction.
3. Livestream Conduct
- Sellers must remain present during their show and supervise chat;
- No sexual contact, masturbation, or explicit sexual performance on camera. Static depictions of adult comic art in NSFW shows is allowed within the NSFW Policy;
- No harassment of buyers or other sellers in chat;
- No off-platform payment requests (PayPal F&F, Venmo, Zelle, crypto, etc.) — this is grounds for permanent ban.
4. Reporting Violations
Use the report flow on any listing, message, or stream. Or email trust@indiecomicslive.com.
5. Enforcement
Violations result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. CSAM is reported to NCMEC and to law enforcement; the responsible account is permanently banned and the IP is added to our blocklist.
